If you don’t know me already, my name is Sandy Jameson… I’m 38 and earlier this year I was on a mission to lose 25 Lbs.

Read the following extremely carefully because I’m going to tell you exactly why I was forced to give up with Hoodia, the Atkins Diet and also Weight Watchers

… and how I lost an astonishing 21 lbs in 35 Days with a unique diet system called ‘Fat Free Fast’.

What you should know first of all is that I’m just a normal person living a normal life with a husband and 3 kids and up until the end of last year, I never used to have an issue with my weight at all.

Before my weight problems began I regularly swam, cycled and was generally very active with exercise.

It was only a sudden change in my life that meant I had to unfortunately stop all these activities.

I won’t go into why because my ’sob story’ would take all day and I also realize that your time is precious.

However, what I do hope is that you’ll spend the next 3 minutes reading my story because it will almost certainly save your health, and your money, as well as a lot of your precious time and heart ache.

Here Is a Quick Summary of The Diets
That Didn’t Work For Me

The first one I tried was Hoodia…

Even though a few of my friends had some success with it, and although I also lost some weight to begin with, after a few weeks things began to go downhill.

One of the major issues was that I was spending so much money on pills from their website and it seemed like I was returning every few days to purchase even more.

I was told that I needed up to 2,500 mg. per day for it to have any real effect.

But if it worked for me, then I was willing to spend the money and the effort.

But after only 2 weeks I stopped losing weight, and actually began to feel fatigued earlier and earlier in the day.

That’s not good when you have kids and responsibilities that must get done every day!

So I stopped using Hoodia after one month.

My Atkins Diet Experience

The second diet I tried was Atkins because again I had heard that it could be effective.

However, after only 3 weeks of following the plan I began to feel quite ill because of the high levels of protein that I was consuming.

My digestive system has never been the strongest anyway!

They say big meat-eating men can often do well with this diet, as well as women with strong digestion abilities.

But the food that I was eating really wasn’t doing me any favors, so in the end I had to stop the Atkins Diet

Then I Moved On To Weight Watchers

Now with Weight Watchers, things started well and I began to attend the meetings, which were really great.

And to be perfectly honest, with all the excitement and encouragement I did start to lose some weight…

… although not quite as fast as I had hoped (or was told for that matter!).

The problem was that with my kids and all that involves (such as school, clubs, parties, etc), I found it increasingly difficult to get to the meetings!

And even though I started strong, I began to miss the meetings… which was annoying because I still had to pay!

The other thing was that weighing yourself in front of others wasn’t my idea of fun.

And I didn’t think the ‘counting points’ technique was that effective either as you obviously wouldn’t be able to carry on doing this for the rest of your life.

In fact, I believe that’s the major downside with WW because they don’t teach you how to eat in a realistic way that I could follow after I’ve finished with them.

So in my opinion, that’s why almost everybody, even if they had success to begin with, go back to their original weight.

Attention… Here’s How I Lost
21 Lbs In 35 Days…

While I was on the Weight Watchers program, a friend of mine told me about a new online diet called Fat Free Fast that had helped her lose quite a substantial amount of weight in a remarkably short period of time.

Personally, I had never heard of it before and due to my recent experiences, I was initially a little dubious.

However, after doing some research, reading many positive reviews, and also learning that the cost was minimal compared to most other plans, I decided to give it a shot.

The whole idea with this diet is to make it work with your daily routine by manipulating your metabolism into losing weight while eating more than 3 meals each day.

It revolves around the theory that you must keep feeding your body with the correct food types and eat them at the correct times of day to lose weight.

Sure, the scientific formulas and theory may be somewhat complicated, but it does actually work.

It isn’t a fad diet… and you don’t have to buy pre-packaged meals either.

It won’t surprise you that the reason why I would recommend Fat Free Fast to anyone is because I used it and lost 21 lbs. in just over a month.

I’m sure you’ll agree that is pretty astonishing, especially when you consider I didn’t have to alter my lifestyle in anyway – even with the kids.

The most important part though… since losing the weight I’ve actually managed to keep it off !

I can honestly tell you, I wouldn’t be the least surprised if you had the same results as me.
