so i went to the doctors a few days ago, and she said that i should lose 15-25 lbs. so im going to aim for 20lbs. im 16, weigh 130 and am 5ft1 ish. how should i go about losing weight, i got a pamphlet that said to eat fruits and veggies, it lists which kinds are good and bad, but it doesnt tell me anything else haha.
so…what should i do?

yes about 20 or less to where you yourself feel comfortable. Everyone i feel has a different body structure so dont go exactly to what they say you should be …just do it to how you feel comfortable about yrself … i had to lose weight some time back for health reasons and found some good ideas on a little site or two and combined some excercise and weight loss tips from them ….try this for a few
