I’m 47 and need to lose a lot of weight (200 lbs) and have tried all kinds of things and nothing works for me, its depressing I wish I was like a bodybuilder not a bodyblob and nobody offers help only mockerry and insults!
Exercising everyday and eating less and healthier has not worked at all.

I had gastric bypass in 2003. Since I have lost over 250 pounds, as the result I have alot of excess sink in the abdominal area. This causes sores. And truly is not easy to keep clean. Continually smells bad. What can I do to get help? Money is tight. So I have a problem paying. I have medicare. How or who can help?
