I live in North Alabama and would like to know what procedure you had done, who you saw (if in my state), about how much it cost, if your insurance covered any of it, and what was negative about your experience? i.e. malpractice or would you recommend your doctor
And please no one tell me that diet and excerise are the only answers. I am strictly trying to gather information about a possible alternative
